Surveys of Individual Providers and Consumer/Employers:

Every two to three years, HCQA surveys individual providers and consumer-employers. HCQA contracted with Washington State University’s Social and Economic Sciences Research Center to conduct surveys and added a case manager survey as well. Below are links to the results of the most recent surveys:
